Professional experience

Luis occupies the role of managing partner at Benow, who he joined after working for KPMG Abogados and PKF Attest. He specialises in corporate-tax advice and tax proceedings.

Luis provides ongoing advice to companies and individuals and has participated in a wide range of corporate transactions and corporate-restructuring processes, representing both domestic and international clients.

He advises clients on tax proceedings, be they inspection procedures or claims and appeals, both at administrative and administrative-court level.

Luis also teaches corporate tax for ISDE Business Law School’s international master’s degree in tax advice, and speaks on real-estate tax for several courses at Madrid’s Institute for Financial Real-Estate Studies.
