Professional experience

Ignacio joined Benow Partners after working at PKF ATTEST and provides ongoing tax advice to both national and international corporate groups.

He has built up extensive experience in tax-planning and optimisation strategies for wealth-management clients and multinational companies, most notably acting as a consultant to tax-consolidation groups with an international presence, devising and executing restructuring processes.

He advises national and international groups on their day-to-day operations, in relation to both direct and indirect taxation, representing them during checks and inspections by the tax office, as well as in litigation before economic-administrative and dispute courts. He also has experience of preparing transfer pricing reports for his clients.

He offers guidance to foreign companies on establishing themselves in Spain and to Spanish companies on establishing themselves abroad, and also participates in due-diligence procedures as well as investment and divestment processes.
