Professional experience

After beginning his career at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Fernando then moved to Cuatrecasas, before joining Benow in 2013.

He has more than 20 years of experience as a tax lawyer, providing advice to domestic and international clients of all types in direct and indirect taxation matters.

Fernando has advised business groups on the planning and execution of corporate-restructuring processes and on tax-inspection procedures, with his consultancy services also covering tax due-diligence; international tax matters; legal assistance in all types of tax disputes before the different administrative and jurisdictional bodies; and tax advice on staff restructuring and employee-remuneration plans.

Meanwhile, he has also advised wealth-management clients in tax-regularisation and family-asset-restructuring processes.

• Undergraduate law degree, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (Faculty of Law).
• Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
