Professional trajectory

Fernando began his professional career in the Tax Law Department at Laffer Abogados, providing advice to national business groups, multinational companies, family businesses, and high net worth individuals (entrepreneurs, professionals, and athletes).

He has also taught classes in the Tax Advisory Master's program at ISDE as a professor of Wealth Tax.

Currently, he works as an Associate in the Tax Area at Benow Partners.

Fernando has professional experience in tax planning for high net worth individuals, family businesses, corporate taxation, as well as in management, inspection, collection, and sanction procedures both administratively and before the administrative courts. He also has experience in the taxation of professional athletes.

He provides recurring tax advice to individuals, companies, and corporate groups in matters of direct and indirect national and international taxation, while also managing compliance with their tax obligations.

Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Oviedo.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) from the University of Oviedo.

International Master's in Tax Advisory from the Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE).
