Professional experience

Rosa began her career in the commercial department of Telyco (Grupo Telefónica), where she worked as manager, handling accounts and human resources. She then joined Grupo Empresarial Yeregui-Linares as executive secretary to the CEO, also reporting to the president and general manager, before serving as executive secretary, personal assistant and administrative manager at the company Lumen Pacis.

She is currently the office manager at Benow Partners.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in geography and history, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
• Training in document cataloguing, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
• Training as a library and documentation-centre professional, Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
• Training in administrative management and marketing, given by the consultancy firm Krea.

Experience

Extensive experience in the management of administrative functions, handling billing and client care as well as implementing and overseeing documentation and filing procedures.
