Ana Cué
Professional Experience
Ana began her professional career at the firm Rivero&Gustafson Lawyers. Subsequently, she joined the Labor Law Department of Legal Actio Abogados, advising companies and clients in all areas of Labor Law, including Social Security, Collective bargaining agreements and working conditions in general, Pensions and benefits, and Labor risk prevention.
Ana is currently Associate Lawyer in the Employment Law department of Benow Partners.
Ana advises national and international clients on workforce restructuring, redesigning Human Resource and workforce efficiency policies.
She also has wide experience in collective bargaining processes, collective dismissals, layoffs, and sanctioning proceedings, besides that in the management of the workforce impact of M&A operations, working during the entire project from the initial due diligence, through to negotiations with the affected workforce, both nationally and internationally.
Education
- Master in Labor Legal Consulting from Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Madrid).
- Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid.
- Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
